 The sourcing team plays an integral role in the success of recruiting across the United States. at Afni. This team oversees the top of the funnel and ensures consistent and strong app flow across all CCS, AIS, RM and Subrogation roles in the United States. The Sourcing Team is the first point of contact for most applicants applying at Afni. All members of the sourcing team strive to not only generate consistent app flow for the rest of the recruiting funnel, they also strategically engage with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

 Convert Indeed leads to ADP for designated market.
 Convert started ADP leads to completed applications via email, SMS, phone calls.
 Resume-mine for relevant positions based on need across all markets.
 Review and input Buddy Bucks information for referrals.
