Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sourcing:
Proactively identify and generate leads for blue-collar candidates across various sectors (construction, hospitality, maintenance, etc.) for the Gulf market.
High-Volume Call & Data Management:
Manage massive daily call volumes, screen applicants effectively, and maintain meticulous candidate tracking sheets and CRM databases.
Job Description (JD) Creation:
Work closely with the operations team to write and refine clear, realistic job descriptions tailored to blue-collar roles.
