Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Doctor Resourcer to support a recruitment team by finding, contacting, and qualifying suitable doctor candidates. The successful candidate will call through candidate databases, work from active recruitment briefs, identify doctors who match the required criteria, speak with them, and introduce suitable candidates to client/company recruiters.
Work Hours:
Full-time
UK working hours
Rate:
3.5 GBP per hour
Increasing to £4.00/hour once probation is passed.
Commission structure:
• £100 per candidate placed if sourced,
• £200 per placement if worked up and sourced,
• then potentially increasing to £400 or £500 after year 1 depending on the level of involvement.

You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, ...
