🚀 We’re Hiring | Corporate Recruiter (In-House US Hiring)

📍 Location: Bangalore – Onsite (5 Days a Week)

🕒 Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Middle/UK Shift)

📍 Office Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter who has handled in-house hiring for US Recruiters within their organisation.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in in-house recruitment for US staffing teams
• Strong understanding of how US Recruiters operate (VMS, C2C/W2, sourcing channels, etc.)
• Proven experience hiring US IT Recruiters / US Staffing professionals
• Strong sourcing, screening & stakeholder management skills
• Must be currently based in Bangalore
• Open to working 3 PM – 12 AM IST
• Comfortable working onsite (5 days a week)
