Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking a Recruitment Officers to join our client, a leading construction and engineering company operating on the Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital project. You'll be part of a collaborative, well-established recruitment team, supporting 8-10 shutdown windows across a series of large-scale maintenance projects.
 
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll manage blue-collar recruitment (with some white-collar roles) end to end. We're looking for someone with shutdown maintenance recruiting experience, who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of their work.

Location: Henderson, WA
Type: Temp-to-Perm 
Hours: Full-time, office-based (no remote work)
Pay Rate: $45 - $50 p/h + super (depending on experience)
