Recruitment Marketing Specialist (Bellprat)

About this role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with TA Partners, senior stakeholders within the business, and our Employer Brand partner in Brand. This is a newly created, hands‑on role with room to shape how recruitment marketing works at Preply.

You’ll help us bring hiring priorities to life through talent events, community partnerships, paid campaigns, Glassdoor, job platforms, careers page improvements, and strong briefs for employer brand content. You’ll partner closely with TA, Brand, Employer Brand, and leaders across the business to understand our priority audiences and help turn hiring goals into creative, measurable attraction activity. Think standout meetups, thoughtful event experiences, smart campaign briefs, stronger careers page journeys, better Glassdoor presence, and clear reporting on what is working.
