This role acts as the operational strategist, translating business goals into actionable hiring plans, productivity frameworks, and sourcing strategies. The manager will oversee multiple verticals—including Sourcing, Talent Screening, Pipe Building, and Head Hunting—to deliver cohesive recruitment outcomes across Kenya and support U.S. market hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
