QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• With leadership or managerial experience preferred
• Experience in automotive, retail, or high-volume hiring is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledgeable in recruitment metrics and workforce planning

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead recruitment operations for dealership manpower requirements
• Manage sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, and job fairs
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs
• Ensure achievements of hiring targets and turnaround time
• Supervise recruiters and onboarding officer
