Recruitment Manager

Reporting to the Director Student Recruitment, the Navitas English Student Services Recruitment Manager - Greater China and Southeast Asia is accountable for driving student recruitment growth across Australia and Asia through both direct sales activities and indirect channels, including agent and partner management.

This role plays a key role in the development and execution of high-impact recruitment and sales strategies, with a strong focus on delivering enrolment growth, achieving sales and revenue targets, expanding market share, and meeting overall student recruitment objectives.
