Recruitment Experience Partner – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Location & Hybrid

Toronto, Canada. Hybrid work requires 12 days per month in the office. Novartis does not provide relocation support. This position is not an existing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them from first interaction through offer and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct first‑round Recruitment Solutions interviews and extend offers for high‑volume roles (levels 5 and below) in close partnership with the Recruitment Business Partner.
• Execute core recruiting activities consistently across business units: screening, short‑listing, communication, and interview coordination.
• Support RBP on senior or complex hiring through shortlist validation, applicant management, and reactive sourcing when needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in Workday and follow Recruitment Solutions defined process steps, standards, and timelines to ensure compliance.
