About the role
As the Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible to find, screen, and bring in the right talent for the roles on the team. This is a hands-on, on-ground role. You will be expected to spend time in actual work areas, understand real requirements, and take full ownership of hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Post jobs and source candidates
- Work with the team to understand role requirements clearly
- Shortlist and screen candidates based on role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Run recruitment across all levels: labour, staff, supervisors and managers
- Run recruitment across departments: harvesting, packing, maintenance, growing etc.
