Position: HR Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Hourly Rate: 30-35/ hourly rate

Duration: Full time

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years of full-time recruiting • Exposure to a diverse range of corporate skillsets (insurance, IT, accounting, etc) • Sense of urgency and attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. • Self-starter and willing to take ownership • Process oriented with strong attention to details

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Strong IT or insurance recruiting knowledge • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or willingness to pursue certification) • Workday exposure • Familiar Hireright • Staffing agency background
