As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the work of CRU, not only being involved in the CRU’s ministry, but supporting CRU’s human resource needs as well.
Based at CRU’s campsites at Galston and/or Lake Macquarie, you will be responsible for organising and running recruitment events, participating in interviews and assisting in the induction of new staff. Additionally, you will also be part of CRU’s mentoring program, offering support and guidance to those in your care.
