We are looking for a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle for Care Professionals, ensuring high-quality hiring, onboarding, compliance, and engagement within a senior care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, screening, hiring).
Conduct background checks, MVRs, drug screenings, and reference checks.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
Maintain employment records (I-9, W-4, compliance documentation).
Plan engagement initiatives and Care Pro seminars.
Ensure compliance with federal and local labor regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma (required).
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
