EMEA Recruitment Business Partner (Go-to-Market)

Up to £75,000 per annum + Benefits | 6-Month FTC | Hybrid - 1 Day per Week in Central London

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Recruitment Business Partner to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across the EMEA region.

This is a strategic recruitment role partnering with senior stakeholders to attract top commercial talent, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, Alliances and Revenue Operations.

This is not an agency-facing or delivery recruitment role. We're looking for someone who has worked in-house for a software or SaaS vendor , understands how GTM organisations are structured, and has experience managing external recruitment partners to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
