About the Role

As part of our established recruitment team, you will manage a specialist desk recruiting across the Construction sector, focusing on Mechanical and Hydraulic roles. This is a warm desk with national reach, an existing client base, and strong relationships already in place. You will have access to a strong candidate database, established systems, and a supportive team that will back you to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across Mechanical, Hydraulic, and wider construction roles.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ranging from major contractors through to specialist local businesses.
• Source, screen, and manage high‑quality candidates across technical and trade‑based roles.
• Collaborate with consultants across our Build, Civil, Trades, and Engineering teams.
• Continue to grow and develop the desk through strong client relationships and market activity.
