Job Description
Pathway Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Hay on Wye to support learner and employer recruitment across funded training programmes and commercial training. The successful candidate will source and place learners, build relationships with employers, and manage candidate journeys.
The role includes a base salary of £32,000 to £35,000 with uncapped commission, permanent full-time position, and opportunities for progression.
