Job Description

Recruiter’s day-to-day job responsibilities shall include:

• Finding candidates for vacancies
• Scheduling interviews and following up after interview
• Connecting with professionals and on boarding them on Corenza’s portal
• Managing Corenza Interns and other Employees
• Handling all sourcing responsibility and making strategy for sourcing of job assigned
• Training new interns/ Employees in hiring
• Coordinating with referrer calling team/ marketing team for jobs assigned
• Coordinating with Managers for understanding technical aspects of jobs
• Deeply understanding of job profile and posting them on portal
• Other related tasks as assigned from time to tim...
