What You’ll Be Doing

Source and place candidates for

blue‑collar / frontline roles

(e.g. production, warehouse, F&B, operations)

Post and optimise job ads across

MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, social platforms

Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently (walk‑ins / WhatsApp / calls)

Manage

high‑volume pipelines

and ensure fast turnaround for clients

Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placements
