Recruitment and P&OD intern

This internship is focused on two teams: Talent Acquisition team and People and Organizational Development. On one hand, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting new talent and giving that talent the best candidate experiences possible. On the other hand, the People and Organizational Development team focuses on training, onboarding and the unique Rituals culture within Rituals. This internship is the perfect opportunity to put the theory of your education into practice in an international and fast-paced environment.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the talent acquisition team at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for the recruitment of our Head Office talents. You will provide support to the talent acquisition team by helping to plan job interviews, liaising with (potential) candidates and attend job interviews so you gain insight in the entire recruitment process.
