International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development for their EOR service, providing South African employees to the US, UK, and Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Hunt for clients in the UK and market our EOR service to them.
2. Recruit South African employees for international clients.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Good acumen for business and business processes.
• Experience with CRMs and ATSs.
• A solid understanding of South African legislation and contracts.
• Capability to manage and train less experienced Recruiters and EOR specialists.
