The Recruitment & Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates within a fast turnaround time (target: within 7 days), while also driving employee engagement initiatives to support retention and performance. The role ensures that candidates are not only qualified but also fit for the role, culture, and operational demands, especially in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. End-to-End Recruitment (Speed & Quality Focus)
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement
  • Deliver qualified candidates within 3–7 days from job request
  • Ensure hiring of the right fit (skills + attitude + reliability)
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand actual operational needs
  • Maintain an active pool of candidates for urgent hiring
