We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our recruitment and HR teams. This role is pivotal in facilitating the recruitment and onboarding processes across 2 campuses, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the HR department.
Day-to-Day of the Role of a Recruitment Administrator:
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Business Partner to manage all recruitment and selection activities, including uploading documents, monitoring applications, and initial CV sifting.
- Prepare and distribute interview packs, manage diary requests for panels, and set up meeting rooms.
