RECRUITING & TRAINING SPECIALIST - Fixed-term contract
Valmet is looking for a to join our team in Lucca office on a 1-year temporary contract to carry out recruiting & selection and manage training activities.
After a period of handover, the role works independently to complete given tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruiting & selection activities (recruiting briefing with hiring managers, drafting job posting, scouting, conducting interviews, updating reports and record keeping)
