Recruiting Team Lead / Delivery Lead – US IT Staffing

DS Technologies Inc is looking for an experienced Recruiting Team Lead / Delivery Lead to manage and drive an existing team of 10 recruiters working from India in night shifts to support US clients. This role will be responsible for delivery management, team productivity, sourcing strategy, screening quality, turnaround time, recruiter coaching, and submission performance across multiple client requirements.

The ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader with strong experience in US IT Staffing , capable of managing team performance while also personally handling critical requirements. The person should be highly skilled in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, recruiter training, KPI management, and driving fast, quality submissions for active roles.
