Long Description

As a LATAM Recruiting Specialist in Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for strategic, associates and mid-manager sales and manufacturing positions located in different location in LATAM. You will have the opportunity to manage full cycle global talent acquisition needs.

Core Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and hiring for sales and manufacturing roles across Latin America, with occasional support in North America and other regions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
