**Summary**

Ryder is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

+ Support the recruitment team with the following tasks: Identify and interact with potential passive candidatesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming candidatesFacilitate/coordinate interviewsMatch candidates' skills to available openings in their areaCommunicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
