Recruiting Lead (Portuguese, English)

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 8 years of experience in internal and external recruiting, executive search or talent acquisition consulting.
- 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent leadership skills with a strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organization.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
