Position: Corporate Recruiter
The Role We are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support Solera's growth across North America with recruiting fulfillment opportunities across various areas such as finance, sales, operations, and marketing.
Location: Solera's Westlake, Texas corporate office (onsite).
What You'll Do
Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each role.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the selection process for both project‐based and individual recruitments.
Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and enhance internal candidate attraction methods, using AI‐enabled platforms.
Conduct thorough candidate pre‐screening in alignment with our global recruitment process.
