Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Recruiter V for their Toronto, ON/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities Execute on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned ...
