Position: Sourcer (Recruiting Assistant)

Reports to: Sourcer Manager, Ryan Mc Laughlin

Target Salary: R$2,500/mo. + commission and bonus incentives

Commission: R$1,000 for every successful placement

Location: Fully REMOTE, Brazil Based

Sourcer Academy Development Program:

3-4 months of training for Legal Support Recruiter Promotion

(up to R$5k base salary with 15% comission incentives ranging from R$5,000 to R$55,000 per placement )

Legal Support Recruiter Program:

3 Direct-Hire Placements in 3 Months for Legal Recruiter Promotion

Base Salary Increase with 15% comission incentives
