+ Will be Recruiting Pharmacist, pharmacy manager.
+ Doing recruiting
+ Reason – more dedicate support and specialize in finding the pharmacist
+ Understanding need of pharmacist, impact of the role
+ Able to discuss the role and do sourcing
Requirements:
+ Boolean search indeed, ATS. LinkedIn
+ Healthcare exp / Clinical or pharmacy / medical term will be plus
+ Confident candidate
+ Good conversation
+ Proactive candidate and independent player
+ Education : Bachelors Preferred
