Recruiter (Tuas based, contract)

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Recruiter will support the TA strategies to attract, develop and retain talent. The role will be focused on recruiting best in class talent for the manufacturing facilities in Singapore and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team. Main Responsibilities Identify and source top talent, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Manage the recruitment process, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
