Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for BD, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. You will serve as subject matter authority in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to your hiring leaders.

Work Location: Tatabanya

Work Arrangement: on-site 1 day per week

Work Schedule: standard office hours

Language requirements: Advanced proficiency level in Hungarian and English. Additional European languages would be advantageous but not mandatory.

You will run the full recruitment life cycle from management of the briefing call through to offer management, and will recruit for fixed term and permanent hires from entry to Management level primarily within BD’s manufacturing site in Tatabanya, Hungary...
