RECRUITER SPECIALIST (LV)
Location: Budapest, XI., hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: competitive
Type of employment: employee
Responsibilities: 
Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
Source talent through multiple channels and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Conduct pre-screening and HR interviews, and coordinate technical and management rounds
Negotiate salaries and ensure timely offer management
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records
Represent TCS at job fairs and recruitment events
