Job Title: High-Volume Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manufacturing & Production
Job Description
This role leads the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume production and machine operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates while partnering closely with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets for a new facility ramp-up. Success in this position relies on your ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, drive inclusion and diversity throughout the recruiting process, and deliver strong results against key performance indicators such as fill ratio and time to fill.
Responsibilities

+ Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hourly production roles, with a primary focus on machine operators on the production floor.
