SOSA BPO is looking for an experienced
Skilled Trades Recruiter
to manage
full-cycle recruiting
for technical and industrial roles. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys fast-paced hiring, sourcing hard-to-find talent, and working across multiple skilled trades disciplines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, and placement)
• Source and recruit skilled trades professionals across multiple roles
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline management
• Work closely with hiring teams to meet hiring goals and timelines

Required Experience

Recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Welding
  (maritime industry experience is a plus)
