Job Description
As a Sourcing Recruiter you will manage the full sourcing lifecycle for highly specialized engineering and technical roles. Your focus will be on roles such as Software Development Engineers (SDE), Cloud Hardware Development Engineers (CHDE), and Systems Development Engineers. You will collaborate closely with Recruiting Business Partners, Recruiting Managers, and senior technical Hiring Managers to build proactive talent pipelines.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract passive, world-class technical talent across Compute, PLEX, Hardware Engineering, and ML/AI domains.

+ Conduct weekly hiring manager sourcing sessions and contribute qualified candidates to established talent pools.
