We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RPO Healthcare Recruiter with preferred experience in hiring U.S. Registered Nurses (USRN) and Travel Nurses . This role supports end-to-end recruitment activities within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program and requires expertise in sourcing specialized healthcare talent for U.S.-based clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a metrics-driven environment , demonstrates exceptional relationship-building skills , and consistently delivers results while managing high-volume requisitions. Experience in U.S. healthcare staffing , particularly USRN and Travel Nurse recruitment , is strongly preferred.
