Recruiter

We are currently seeking a highly dynamic individual to fill the role of Recruiter.

This role will include but be not limited to:

• End to end recruitment
• Consulting and planning of labour resource requirements with other managers
• Marketing and advertising
• Sourcing of candidates from within Australia and implementing other recruitment strategies.
• Assist with day to day running of mobilisation operations when required.
• FIFO site mobilisation experience an advantage
• 100% commitment to safety, quality and best practice

To be effective in this role the successful applicant will possess the following skills and  experience:

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the Mining Industry
• Cert IV in Human Resources or Business Administration (Desired)
• FIFO experience
• Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
