We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our GDL team.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and qualify candidates for U.based roles in oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, and related fields.Conduct phone and video screenings.Post and manage job listings on platforms including Indeed, Linked In, and Job Diva.Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Job Diva).
Qualifications2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, industrial, or technical sectors.Strong English communication skills — written and verbal (B2 or higher required; C1/C2 preferred).
