We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Part-Time Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to help attract and identify qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels

+ Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

+ Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments

+ Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers

+ Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
