Overseeing workforce planning, utilization, and related staffing and manpower reports.
Maintaining the recruitment process and ensuring employee profiles are effectively put into systems.
Performing recruitment tracking records, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Recruitment knowledge end-to-end process.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, Negotiation, and communication skills.
Good command of English.
