This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline to support our organization's growth and success. The skills we're looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career portals.
Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
