Recruiter I

This Recruiter I position focuses on high-volume, top-of-funnel recruiting and sourcing for a variety of job families, including non-technical, hardware, data engineering, and software development roles. You will recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and support orientation for new employees, while also conducting exit interviews and processing employee status changes. The role centers on passive candidate sourcing, particularly for niche and more complex positions, and operates within an agile recruiting team designed to quickly respond to fluctuating hiring demands across the organization. You will work under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, follow established processes and guidelines, and contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven, and goal-oriented recruiting environment.
