Position Summary

The Marine Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for marine, general labor, firewatch, and skilled trades roles. This position manages the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with customer and company requirements.

This is a fully onsite position in a small branch office with a high level of administrative responsibility. In addition to recruiting, the role includes candidate processing, onboarding, and coordinating requirements for Navy base access.
