The Early Career Program is a critical business initiative designed to ensure Autodesk is equipped with game-changing individuals who can imagine, design, and shape the future.

The Global Early Career Program team at Autodesk is responsible for recruiting top emerging talent and managing programs that host hundreds of Interns, Apprentices, and Graduates worldwide, including locations in the USA, Canada, EMEA, India, and Singapore. The team maintains a robust talent pipeline of recent Interns, Apprentices and Graduates and partners closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues. Together, they serve as talent advisors and advocates, engaging the digital generation in software and business innovation.
