Kelly Services’ Talent Acquisition organization has an exciting opening for a Recruiter to support our Operations function due to an increased workload. This role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent for roles in manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Full cycle recruitment for Operations roles (manufacturing, life science, engineering, Quality Control/Quality Assurance)
+ Pre-screen candidates, manage requisitions, update and manage SmartRecruiters ATS
+ Develop sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pools
+ Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments
+ Compile industry overviews, market trends, and analytics for the team and business leaders
