Job Title~ High-Volume Caregiver Recruiter

Schedule~ Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

• On-site initially, with potential hybrid flexibility after consistent performance.

• Manage the complete caregiver hiring pipeline from application to onboarding and workforce integration.
• Handle large volumes of applicants with strong communication and high-energy outreach.
• Conduct daily phone screens and high-volume interviews.
• Manage ATS, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Fast-paced and metrics-driven role suited for energetic, organized, and process-oriented individuals.

• Make 100+ phone calls to caregiver applicants weekly.
• Conduct ~50 caregiver interviews weekly (about 10 per day).
• Secure at least 10 orientation invitations weekly...
