We're looking for an experienced, self-driven recruiter. This role is for someone who takes ownership, builds trust with candidates and clients, and delivers consistently.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closures

• Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role priorities and hiring timelines

• Manage multiple roles at once while maintaining speed and quality

• Keep candidates informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the process

• Maintain clean documentation and accurate updates in the ATS/CRM

What we're looking for

• Proven recruiting experience with a strong track record of placements

• Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
